Who is who?
Information and Counselling Centre (ICC)
ICC provides psychological, social, career, legal, and other counselling. It handles accommodation and social scholarships and tuition fees. Offers support and counselling services for students with specific needs.
The Ombudsman independently and impartially investigates situations brought to his attention through complaints, mediates disputes and conflicts, and provides assistance to anyone who turns to him for help in the area of social security.
It addresses aspects of physical security, cybersecurity, fire protection, and occupational health and safety.
It assesses complaints concerning unethical behaviour, academic dishonesty, or violations of scientific work rules.
It allows anonymous reporting of suspected illegal or unethical behaviour related to economic activity.
Resolves issues with IT services (e-mail, Wi-Fi, university systems, access accounts, cybersecurity, etc.)
